Q: If I order now will I get my box in time for the holidays?

A: We will do everything within our power to get your shipment(s) to you prior to the holidays. During the month of December, Night In Boxes will be mailing out shipments daily.
 
If you order a subscription or a box from Night In Boxes by our December order cut-off date (12/13/2020 at 7:00 PM EST), your box will be in the hands of the shipping carrier by Friday, 12/18/2020.
 
Missed the December order cut-off date? Have no fear! Add a Mystery Box to the purchase of your subscription. All Mystery Box purchases will leave the Night In Boxes facility in Aiken, SC within 3-5 business days of your purchase.
 
Our final shipment before the Christmas holiday will ship via USPS and will leave our facility on 12/18/2020 prior to the Night In Boxes holiday office closure.
 
Once your shipment is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are unable to control the timing in which your box will arrive at the designated shipping address. If the tracking link provided to you shows your box's movement as being returned to our offices in Aiken, SC, please contact us immediately.

Q: What is a Mystery Date or Mystery Box?

A: Great question! We received many requests for the ability to get a box before our monthly guaranteed shipping deadline of the 16th to the 21st. For these requests, we created the Mystery Dates and Mystery Boxes which will be shipped 3 - 5 business operational days from the date of purchase.
 
All of our Mystery Dates or Mystery Boxes are previous month’s themes that our customers have loved. If you order a Mystery Date or Mystery Box, you will find out the theme of that box through your shipping confirmation email that will be sent to the email associated with the account you created during the checkout process.
 
If you would like to add a Mystery Date or Mystery Box onto your initial purchase, you can do so on the screen prior to your cart in the add-ons page.

Q: What comes inside the box?

A: Each month Date Night In Box & Kids Night In Box sends you a custom created, memorable experience to be enjoyed from the comfort of your home and shared with your loved ones. Each box experience contains several activities, suggested Spotify® playlist, and menu.

Each Sensory Kit includes Baubles, Trinkets & Doodads, playdough, an activity mat, and book all catered to the theme of the kit. These kits create a magical place for your little one(s) to explore their imagination through tranquil, purposeful play. 

Q: Can I customize what goes in my box? Can I select the snack items included?

A: We do not currently have the ability to customize the contents of the box, nor can we accommodate dietary restrictions with our boxes. Though the snack included adds to the experience of our boxes, there is much more enjoyment to be had through the additional activities included in your box.

Q: I am looking for some great holiday stocking stuffers. Do you have anything available? ​

A: We sure do! There will be a screen that pops up right before you get to the checkout page that provides you with the option to add additional items to your first shipment.

Q: How will my box arrive for the holidays?

A: In an effort to prevent spoiling any holiday surprises, all boxes will be wrapped in a white opaque plastic mailer bag. For multiple orders, they will be shipped to you in a large box. 

***Please note the mailer bag will only be used on shipments during the month of December​***
